DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us right away at [email protected] if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to find the best solution. If a return is necessary, please email us first to register your return and receive the correct return address and instructions. In the case of a confirmed defect, you may choose between an exchange or a refund. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except if the mistake is on our side. We reserve the right to decline requests for return, exchange, or repair if the claim does not meet our criteria.
